Mini Split A/C, ceiling fans, 2 spacious bedrooms, custom tile bath. Furnished full sized kitchen. Lots of windows looking out to garden and lg green lawn. 2 Entrances, lots of parking. Great wifi. Quiet artist widow in her 70's lives upstairs. Safe area - we never lock our doors - lived here 41 years.

This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round.
