Raphaël’s place was perfect for our vacation to visit Paris. We are 3 people, apartment is very spacious, very good location to go to Paris, using transportation. A lot of restaurants around, and grocery stores. Very clean apartment, very good communication with Raphaël, definitely we are coming again !!

Samy è un host recettivo e disponibile, le istruzioni fornite per il self check in sono chiare. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e funzionale completo di tutto. Molto comodo anche il posto auto. Per arrivare alla stazione della RER bisogna camminare una quindicina di minuti ma poi si arriva facilmente in centro e a tutte le principali attrazioni della città. La zona è residenziale e molto tranquilla

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, it looked liked the photo's and was very clean. Was ample room for two people and had a nice private deck to sit on in the morning for breakfast and at the end of day to enjoy a glass of wine. There is a well stocked grocery store near by, and a few restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were great. I've noticed some hosts are using polyester sheets and bedding lately which aren't all that comfortable and are hot to sleep in. Ludmila uses cotton bedding which were very comfortable. The apartment is about 40 minutes by train and metro to anywhere you want to go in Paris and the train station is directly across the street. Ludmila was very responsive and easy to deal with . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her apartment if you don't mind being a bit outside of Paris.

We spent a week in Paris and chose to stay in a quieter, yet lively neighborhood. The location was ideal, with metro stations and bus stops just a short walk away. While we did experience some minor issues with the heating and washing machine, our host was incredibly responsive and always quick to offer solutions. As we were out exploring the city most of the day, the apartment served as a cozy retreat in the evenings, and the open kitchen made for a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay here. The studio has everything you need and it's very easy to get into Paris from here. Fawzi is super nice and the communication was excellent.

Wow, what a stunning home with beautiful furnishings. We feel truly blessed that you have allowed us access to your fabulous home for the week. This is the very first time we have used Airbnb and what a fabulous way to start. We really wish we didn't have to head home. Huge thank you to Christine also for being such a warm and friendly host. Lovely tour round to let us know how to work appliances, where to find essentials and the guide book available. This was the perfect location for us as we could easily access Paris Centre, Disneyland Paris and the local area by car. Fabulous bakery, supermarkets and bistro cafe restaurants that are also within walking distance. The house was beautifully furnished and provided all essentials, soaps, dish washer tablets, toilet roll, towels, bed linen etc. We would highly recommend staying at this stunning property. Heerlijk huisje, netjes en schoon. Het speeltoestel in de tuin was geweldig voor de kinderen. Erg gastvrij ontvangen en mooie rustige buurt.

Logement parfait pour y passer une nuit près du parc Astérix et de Paris ! Très cosy et propre, comme a l’identique sur l’annonce. Côté très pratique, arrivée qui se fait en autonomie, sans contrainte horaire avec toutes les explications complètes. Très bonne communication avec Siham. A conseiller sans hésiter !

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Bahn, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Boulangerie und Supermärkte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Emilie und Nicolas war sehr nett, auch ein späterer CheckOut war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Great place to go into Paris, but you are clearly not yet in Paris. The house is calm in an acceptable neighbourhood. Well equipped, the oven is a special one, and you can have a lot of fun with friends there. Spacious outdoor, and many sleeping options, which provides a lot of flexibility.

Wir habe Ende April 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern). Vor der Ankunft hatten wir noch einige Fragen; das ganze Team hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns super unterstützt. Auch mit der PassPass App. Damit konnten wir eine etwas frühere Ankuft buchen und bekamen alle Infos (wie die Ablage des Schlüssels etc.) Von der Lage her ist das Haus ideal für den Besuch von Disneyland (15 Min mit dem Auto) und um nach Paris zu fahren (30 Min mit dem Zug). Das einzige Manko für uns...das Haus war etwas hellhörig und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir vollstens zufrieden und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Sehr guter Aufenthalt der sehr sauber und ordentlich ist. Gastgeberin reagiert bei Fragen sehr schnell. Die Wohnung entspricht genau die Beschreibung. Ich kann es nur Empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Ha... Paris... tant de lieu magique. L'appartement de Souad nous offre un écrin de calme et d'apaisement avec ce superbe balcon face au parc. Spacieux, éclairé ( ou très sombre avec ses stores ) et situé à proximité de tout. Resto sympa, marché, fruiterie,caviste, etc..... un endroit au Top !!

Excellent séjour dans le logement de Christophe : très bien situé, dans une résidence calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Totalement conforme à la description et propre, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Christophe quant à lui, est un hôte agréable et réactif, les indications d’accès sont simples et compréhensibles. Nous recommandons vivement et n’hésiterons pas à faire de nouveau confiance à Christophe lors de notre prochaine venue.

Rien à dire tout était correct, notre hote était réactif et très accueillant.
