The Pond House worked very well for us. We had brought our elderly parents with us for a special little retreat and we needed specific amenities for them and the house was able to provide them for us. We all were able to have some much needed relaxation time. The inside fireplace was wonderful as well as the screened in porch. Being so close to the pond for viewing was a major plus. We are always so grateful for owners that allow us to bring our 4 legged members along also! We appreciate all the attention to details that made the cabin feel special.

this was the perfect little cottage to spend a night away for my husband + i + our two dogs for a lambertville/new hope visit. honestly one night wasn’t enough, we’d love to come back for a long weekend with the kids too. being in walking distance to the pedestrian bridge was really cool + the historical inn across the street was really neat! not a far drive at all to lambertville/new hope. the cottage was so cozy, the beds + couch were perfect + the bathroom with the heated floors was really nice. my favorite touch was the awesome bookshelf over the spiral staircase. really unique! we had a lovely visit + we’ll be back. thank you, ed!

I love staying here, and I would totally recommend to anyone! It’s a beautiful property & home, and both Annette and Daniel are very kind and helpful. It’s very quiet and serene, and the room & amenities are in pristine condition and you do feel right at home here.

We had an amazing time at Lori's place. We were warmly welcomed and oriented to the house. The view of the river is spectacular and the whole house feels like an oasis of serenity. We stayed with our four children and still found it to be relaxing! It is ideal for families or for a couple. Beautiful home in a lovely area on the Delaware!

Had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving period. A relaxing, beautiful environment; quiet and peaceful. Loved the alpaca and truly enjoyed seeing them file in along the fencing outside the cottage in the morning. Rich was amazing as a host: quick to respond to questions, friendly; made you really feel welcomed. I would highly recommend it to others, and will definitely put it on my return list. Thanks for the memories….

A Perfect Romantic Escape with Our Dogs. We were in the area to attend a concert with friends at the Wind Creek Event Center & to enjoy some downtime together with our pups. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming old homestead. It was the perfect romantic getaway; peaceful, private, and full of historic charm. It was like opening a time capsule, beautifully preserved yet thoughtfully updated for comfort. We were captivated by the rustic charm of the house; weathered wood beams, creaky floorboards, and antique furnishings that told stories of a simpler time & family memories. The home was clean and well cared for. Though old in character, it had all the modern amenities we needed; a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and cozy beds. We especially loved the clawfoot bathtub, where we could soak, surrounded by candles, looking through the window at the stars, letting all the stress of weeks past drift away.
