Only for Non-Smoker! Check-In at the weekend or after consultation Check-Out at the weekend or after consultation ---------------------------- We rent a small room (10 m²) in a big, old house. You can use the lunch/dinner area, bathroom (shower), the kitchen and in the summertime the garden. Also you can use the fridge and the freezer. A continental breakfast is included. You have to prepare the breakfast for yourself. Until 7pm you can cook for yourself but you could eat for dinner with us – then we ask you for a contribution of 4€ per dinner. The extendabel bed has a lying surface of 1,35 x 2 m. In the guestroom there is no TV. Towel and hairdryer are also included. If you come by car there is a possibility for parking in front of the house. Per day it costs 4€. In the case you want to book the parking place, please let me know in the request. In the near of the house there is a park with a small river where you could walk and go out. By the public traffic you can reach the city in 30 to 40 min. There are good connections. In any case, first you have to take the bus to the next train (S-Bahn/city train or U-Bahn/Underground). In Munich there are a lot of possibilities to spend your free time with cinema, theatre, culture and so on. After your check-in you get a lot further information. Also you could make a lot of trips to the mountains or beautiful lakes by train. In the case you intend to stay longer than your reservation, it is only possible via airbnb!

El espacio es perfecto hasta para dos huéspedes, podrán disfrutar de un cómodo sofá-cama que se transforma en una cama al abrirse. El apartamento está ubicado en la famosa Av. Leopoldstr, rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes y con fácil acceso a los medios de transporte. A solo 15 min. de la Oktoberfest y 5 min. del Englischer Garten en bús. Para acceder a la cocina, se pasa por la sala.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer befindet sich in einem charmanten Stadthaus aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts vor den Toren Münchens. Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in seiner unmittelbaren Nähe. Im Haus gibt es eine kleine Galerie, Foto-Studio, ein Musikzimmer mit Flügel sowie einen Balkon und Innenhof. Auf Wunsch bieten wir geführte MTB-Touren und Wanderungen in die Voralpen und Alpen an. Die S-Bahn nach München ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Very cosy, large and quiet room with a sunny balcony and walking distance to the S-Bahn, which goes directly to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

The house is situated in a quiet and green area, opposite to a park. Very good traffic connection to the airport. Munich center and central station can be reached in about 20 min. Next to the fair of Munich (15 minutes by car).
