Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Eine sichere Garage für Fahrräder mit Lade- und Reparaturmöglichkeit steht ebenso zur Verfügung. Die Schiausrüstung kann im Schiraum mit beheizten Schuhtrockner gelagert werden. Im Sommer besteht im Garten eine Grillmöglichkeit.

Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.
