Close enough to hear the ferry's horn, but tucked away from it all next to this scenic marshland. Well-trained, housebroken pets welcome (for a small fee).

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. This open air, 1 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 family home in the heart of Newport's Yachting Village. Guests will enjoy our kitchen with counter and stools as the transition to the living room, which has a slider out to the small deck with 2 chairs. Facing south, the sun warms and brightens the living room and kitchen area. We can't emphasize enough how terrific our guests find the location to be! They are always so pleasantly surprised!!!
