Eric's home was amazing. Everything we had hoped for and more. It was so clean and comfortable. Everything was labeled and well thought out. It was so close to disneyland we could have walked but it was so easy to get an Uber and get dropped off at a great rate. The hot tub was incredible after a long day of walking. This has been my favorite Airbnb and we will definitely stay again on our next vacation. My only regret was not spending more time relaxing at this home and less at the parks. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

1st time airbnb user here. wasn't sure what to expect, but this experience sets a very high bar for future rentals! clear instructions and frequent check-ins from the host made our trip very relaxing and hassle-free. the property was as described and we had no problems during our stay. the pool and hot tub ended up being family favorites. the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. the house is near everything you could need including grocery stores, wal-mart, shopping malls and centers, restaurants and parks. it's also close to major freeways which makes day trips and sightseeing easy to navigate.

Nick is a great host. He is very responsive , which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and toiletry supplies, including clean towels, dish soap and hand soap, coffee pods for Keurig, basic spices, etc. Hot tub was pleasant after a long day of sight seeing. This is highly recommended Airbnb... will definitely stay again.

Paul wants his guests to have a to experience staying at this property. I have rented many properties through Airbnb, but none of the owners have come close to being as lovely to work with as Paul! Added bonus The back yard is truly an oasis!

We had a delightful stay at Sue’s place. Right in the heart of town, with easy access to beaches, Main Street, and all the highlights of Seal Beach. Bedrooms were as-described and comfortable. The great room on the second floor is large, light and bright, with a nice “living room” sitting area with two facing couches adjacent to a “dining room” with a full-sized dining table. The kitchen is beautiful, large and very well-equipped — we hosted guests on several occasions and loved the setup for cooking and serving. Yes, the beach is a 3 minute walk, but having your own pool and small yard for sunbathing is the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.

amazing hosts, very responsive, even late at night. they were always friendly and helpful for all our inquiries. lots of fun amenities make this its own cool hangout. Huge tvs in each room, all castable, and lots of comfy seating, not to mention the hot tub and game room. also huge area for parking with the security of a gate.

Ruby’s place was one of the best Airbnbs my friends and I have stayed at. Clean and neat house. Quiet neighborhood. Overall great stay. Ruby was also very quick to respond and send me any details I needed which I really appreciated. Will definitely come here again next time.

We had a fantastic time at Yan’s place. In total, there were 11 of us: 6 adults, 4 kids, and one infant and there was more than enough room for everyone. Very convenient having a high chair and crib. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Kitchen was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. Grocery store less than 5 min away and Disneyland drive was less than 15. We defiantly are coming back on our next Disneyland trip.

Lovely stay @ Ray’s place. There was a delay during check in but overall the place was good and our family loved it.

This place definitely served its purpose - to give our kids a fun, unique, relaxing, and private place to swim over spring break. The house had pretty much all we needed and whatever we forgot could easily be bought at one of the many nearby retail stores (Target, Vons, etc.). I liked that there were so many choices for food right outside the neighborhood but also convenient proximity to the freeway if we needed to go out of the area. The place definitely has a cozy and family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our stay!

It was an amazing place. Very spacious with great amenities. We had a wonderful and restful stay. It was a rare listing where it was even better in person than the photos. We will definitely plan on staying there again.

The location is beautiful, and there are lots of amenities. The home itself is well taken care of and very clean. The host answered all of our questions and was really flexible. I definitely plan on returning.

Everything was exactly as described! The host was extremely helpful: fast communication, responsive to our needs/ questions, and had everything necessary to make for a great getaway. Kitchen was clean and had all the essentials to cook a meal here and there. We purchased coffee and made our own in the condo. We also walked a time or two to get food and ice cream. The golf cart was a bonus to get around. The games were fun to play too. Thank you so much!
