The place was super clean and was a peaceful location. Friendly and helpful hosts. The only downside was the elevators taking quite long and check out was kind of a hassle. Besides that, this place is totally worth it, has all the essentials you need, well kelp, with a beautiful view.

I had such a great getaway! Dev and Claire were the absolute sweetest and their Airbnb was an added bonus! They were so communicative and did check-ins with me to make sure things were alright. The space was spacious, quiet (outside of some street noise and sounds from nearby tenants), clean and perfect for my solo trip to DTLA. Down to the washer + dryer, comfy bed and AMAZING shower. I have no complaints! I hope I get the chance to book with them again. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive from the stay, the security guards were nice. I felt safe the whole time. I didn’t get to experiment the pool unfortunately (I opted for a beach day instead). TLDR: 10/10, will book with Dev and Claire if I ever find myself back in DTLA. 😊😊

This was a great “home base” for hosting family from out of town! The space was exactly as it was described in the listing, and had plenty of room for our two families to settle. It was conveniently located near stores and supermarkets, as well as local attractions. The kitchen fixtures were high-end and easy to use. The check-in instructions were very clear and the building’s staff was helpful. The view from the space was amazing! The hosts were very responsive to our communications. I would highly recommend this space to other families who are visiting the OC area!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo near the Long Beach Convention Center! The location was absolutely perfect, especially for a springtime visit and attending events at the convention center which was just a short and easy walk away. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Micky was incredibly responsive, flexible, and friendly, especially when our travel plans changed unexpectedly at the last minute. It made a huge difference to have such a helpful and accommodating host. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a great stay. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and would happily book again in the future!

Second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first. Apartment is spacious and modern and has an absolutely amazing view, and great list of amenities. Elite hosting made some brilliant additions to the apartment since my last stay as well. Elite Hosting were communicative throughout the trip and happy to iron out any issues we had. Looking forward to returning again!

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Great place, great experience - so great that I extended my stay multiple times, I was in no rush as this unit quickly felt like home. The perfect balance of necessities for an enjoyable stay: a very clean apartment, a quiet neighborhood, plenty of natural light through wall-to-wall glass sliders with a great view, a nice back porch and seating area, ample space for living and working, a beautifully renovated kitchen that is well equipped, comfortable furniture, and all the necessities for an extended stay. In addition, Michael (Ming) was a gracious host and was always available but never intrusive. While it is rare to find just a few of these attributes, with everything needed to make you feel right at home, this is a rare find and a hidden gem. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone visiting for any length of time, but especially for an extended stay.

I try to avoid staying in hotels, especially for longer trips. This place turned out to be the perfect alternative. The neighborhood is quiet and has a peaceful, residential feel that made it easy to relax. The home itself is comfortable and spacious. Having a designated parking spot right in front was a huge convenience! Paris is a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay and would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

Happy to have found this place! Was perfect for family of 6 to relax and have plenty of space for cooking meals, sleeping, showering after beach, etc. The market and amenities close by was an added plus. The host was super quick, responsive and helpful video / info for the unit.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, and so many little touches that made the stay more special as we discovered different details. The view is amazing and seeing the Disney fire works made for a great surprise when they suddenly appeared in the distance. The house is very comfortable and I commend the host. A three minute drive up the hill and you have a great hiking trail. We saw deer and other wild life. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked Laura’s place for a week to get out of the Vegas heat. This was the perfect quiet getaway for our family. Super close to Dana point/sjc hot spots. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and felt safe walking around. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and airy, the beds were comfy and the sauna and hot tub really hit the spot. The pool was also perfect for a “cold plunge” after the sauna (we chose not to heat it). The backyard was a perfect hang out spot and we decided to hang out here instead of going to town. Also enjoyed the local Farmer’s Market. The toilet paper was also super nice!

Staying at Angel’s AirBnB was a delight! He was attentive of our requests and respectful when interacting. Check-in was smooth and the kitchen was perfect for cooking! I am 100% booking this spot again when I return to IE. Thank you for the hospitality,

Our stay was great! Annie’s home was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for some good ole family time. All areas of the home were very clean and the home overall all was in great shape. We loved the backyard area as well as the den area. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Annie.

We rent in Newport Beach a couple times a year and other than beachfront, this is one of the best locations! Close to the pier, shopping, beach and Balboa. Darren was easy to work with and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The parking spot is a bit narrow for larger vehicles but we easily found parking in the street next to the apartment. TV’s in every room and even had a/c. Thanks Darren!

This place was great! We were a family of 9 including children and it was just perfect. We enjoyed the backyard and spent a lot of time there, very relaxing. It’s a 25 minute drive to Disneyland. Very comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
