On this property is our little farmhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen and a cozy living room. Our 1.5 acres boasts lovely landscaping with a grassy area and many nooks which are perfect for relaxing, reading or picnicking. It’s just a few miles away from Trilogy and Blacklake golf course, the beach, shopping , golf courses and many wineries! It’s a perfect beach community. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.
