This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay - spacious with an excellent kitchen. Very well located, close to shops and cafes, easy walking distance from Clifton village and the suspension bridge. There is also a train which goes all over Bristol. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Penny

This is a beautifully furnished apartment on a leafy square ~ a short stroll from Clifton village, which has some wonderful independent shops and very good restaurants. As mentioned by previous reviewers, the steps down to the apartment are very narrow and steep ~ not a problem for us ~ but wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and it was quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again!

The flat was as described and the garden provided a lovely view in the morning. This was a really convenient location for us. The flat was warm and welcoming when we returned from our daily excursions - just what was needed. Thank you.

Great place from where you can explore Bristol. Right next to a bus stop. really good restaurants very nearby. The only problem is that, the apartment is so so comfortable and pleasant that... you can easily forget to go out! Did I mention the bed? So comfortable! I slept soundly the whole week! Can't wait to go back!

I stayed at Callum's lovely top floor apt for a little over a week while visiting family in the area. It was cozy, comfortable and the decor was attractive. It had everything I needed; hair dryer, tea kettle, etc. The check-in was very smooth. I had a tiny difficulty figuring out how to turn on the heat, and Callum and Georgina were very responsive and helpful. I'd love to stay again when I'm back visiting the fam.😊

We had a great stay at Sarah and Mark’s property. Very friendly hosts, looked exactly like the photos, if anything it was bigger than expected! Felt very comfortable and the property was very clean. In a convenient location, lots of lovely restaurants close by. Free parking which was a bonus! Would stay again if we were to visit the area again Thank you both! :)

David's apartment is beautiful and such a lovely place to stay, we couldn't have been happier. They really have thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. It's spacious, really nicely decorated, lovely comfy bed in the main bedroom and everywhere is very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We stayed with our two children and David provided a cot and high chair for our youngest which was great. The flat is in a great location to work to town and has good pubs and restaurants close by. David is a very attentive host and replied really quickly to messages. The only comment I have is that the mezzanine bed in the second room is quite high up with a ladder so wasn't suitable for my 6 year old to stay in but we were able to move things around so that it worked fine for everyone. Thanks for a great stay :)

Lovely old place, attached to the main house you have access to the beautiful walled garden, my dog loved it. Both Arthur & Lee were very welcoming but also you get a lot of privacy. With bedrooms on 2 floors it’s nice to have 2 bathrooms, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the living space large and airy.

Excellent accommodation with everything we needed, quiet area, comfy beds, plenty of hot water. Nice to have milk, eggs bread bacon waiting in the fridge. Easy walk to local pub with food, and short drive to an empty beach. Phone signal poor but WiFi available. Claire responded quickly to our only problem. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful house. All the rooms have been finished to a very high standard. Very clean and beds were very comfy. The kitchen area had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be returning.

It felt like home. Well set up in every area, great artwork on the walls and interesting ornaments. A wide selection of book, a great garden and close to the cliff path. Very well placed and an easy walk into Portishead. One of the best in over forty years of self catering holidays. A wonderful place to stay. We were very happy there and would stay again if we were visiting the area.

This is a really beautiful house and it was a memorable location for our family to stay for our son's wedding. Lots of colour, comfy sofas, plenty of pictures, plants and almost everything we needed in the kitchen. We were a bit worried about parking but the residents' section on the road is free from Friday evening until 9am on Monday and we managed well. The main living room was a little chilly - (advise asking for heating instructions before arrival). We couldn't get the gas heater to work but this is being checked by management company. Not too bad though and there are plenty of blankets. Staying here helped to make the weekend even more special, and we're taking away happy memories.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s place. Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms!) made it possible for everyone to have their privacy. The reserved parking space was especially helpful. The location was historic and beautiful. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the Bristol area.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

We stayed at this charming little Airbnb and instantly felt at ease. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and a guide to local spots. The bed? So comfy I considered missing my morning plans. Location was perfect—close enough to explore the town but quiet enough to recharge. Oh, and the host? Super responsive and warm. Highly recommend this gem!

Two night stay in this stunning apartment, near to Bristol but away from the centre. Spotless, comfortable, love the courtyard, home away from home...and more! We will be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Bristol. The space is elegant, modern, and immaculately kept, with a spacious open-plan living area and two generously sized double bedrooms—one with a stylish en-suite. The underground parking was great, and lift access throughout the building made getting around very convenient. The best bit was probably the exceptional location. Being right in the city centre, everything Bristol has to offer—vibrant restaurants, shops, harbourside walks, and cultural landmarks—is just a short stroll away. This apartment offers a perfect base with both comfort and connectivity. I'd would highly recommended it and I would look to stay here again.

Stuart's place was super convenient, very responsive host. The location is right on the harbourside which I think is the best part of Bristol. Really thoughtful to leave a couple of treats in the kitchen for us. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! Thanks again!

Fabulous flat in the heart of Clifton. Beautifully decorated and quiet, it provided the perfect sanctuary for a weekend getaway as 3 friends. Geraldine was a very responsive host, offering several recommendations and kindly left us a chilled bottle of Prosecco in the fridge which was a lovely gesture! We found the beds very comfortable, delighted in the Bramley toiletries & enjoyed pottering in the gorgeous kitchen and small outdoor terrace. If you’re looking for a cosy apartment close to all that Bristol has to offer, this is just the ticket!

This is our fourth visit to Scarlett’s flat and it is always comfortable and welcoming a real home from home.
