Welcome to our stunning 2 acre farm next to the Ojai Valley Inn! Our 3700 sq ft home is large & comfortable. Relax in a hammock under our hundred year old oaks. Meet our friendly wild mustangs, mini-horses, goats & chickens. Cook feasts in the gourmet kitchen, and gather round the huge farm table in front of the kitchen fireplace. At night, cozy up outside at the large fire pit, in the hot tub, or inside around the big screen TV. We can't wait to help you create unforgettable memories in Ojai!

Ojai Valley East End Chic Ranch with Views, 2 bdrm

Enjoy old Ojai in a spacious, bright, well-appointed ranch home called Pixie Palace with 2 acres to explore in the East End of the Ojai Valley with a thriving and fragrant citrus & avocado orchard with wraparound views of the valley, Topa Topas & pink moments. The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental & is home to my orchard & a nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark. You are welcome to access the lower acre, but it is not part of your airbnb territory.

Sleeps max 12 ($80 per guest per night after 6 ). Large Studio ( separated by 2 doors and a hall ) may also be booked , (or rented by different guests) . Private hikes, Ozonated Hot tub, 55" TV, WiFi (20/20), Visit our Sane Living Center for events and weddings. (no weddings here)

Hike forest trails with access from the property, a private, sustainable off the grid getaway. The Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.

It is perfectly located just a short drive from the quaint seaside town of Carpinteria, and the world famous surf spot, Rincon Point. (It is a SURFER'S DREAM HOME). We welcome you to slow down and relax in this custom designed space, with zen decor, and beautiful mountain views. NO KIDS, NO PETS, sorry.

Topa Topa Shangri-La Sleeps 5

Shangri-La hilltop craftsman home sits on a one acre lot, nestled in the hills of Ojai Valley. Quiet, serene setting. 9 miles from the ocean, 4 miles from downtown Ojai. We are pet friendly and will ask for a $125 pet fee on top of your accommodations. This home sleeps 5 people, and is a home share. No events or amplified music. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We can accommodate 2 cars onsite.

This artfully decorated suite at our Red House is very private and quiet with it's own separate entrance. It is suitable for one or two adult guests.
