Excellent location as everything I needed was a short drive. Was there for a High School Bass tournament and had no issues parking the boat. Electrical outlet is easily accessible for charging purposes. Six minutes to the Dayton boat ramp which is awesome. Neighborhood feels secure.

Great French doors to enjoy the lovely shaded family yard. A very well-appointed basement apartment. Very comfy bed. All the pillows and linens you'll need. Friendly nice non-barking dog. Super friendly sweet cat who escorts you to your door and back to your car. Our 5 year granddaughter said, " I'm going to miss that cat"

Great stay, quiet. Perfect for what I needed

This was one of the top Air B&B's I've stayed in, and I've stayed in A LOT as I travel weekly for work. The apartment is Super Clean and since it's above a detached garage, it's very private, no need to worry about noisy neighbor's footsteps. My husband and I loved having separate bathrooms, and I really enjoyed sitting on the patio and having coffee or dinner. They've really thought of everything when building and stocking the place and it's very homey, with all the things you could need even for a multi-week stay. It's walking distance from lots of Southside restaurants (highly rec Adelle's, Celo Coffee, and the Local Juicery) and only a few minutes drive from downtown, or from Ruby Falls. Chris was a great host and we would be happy to return next time we visit Chattanooga. Thanks for a great trip!

I highly recommend staying at this little gem. The surroundings are very peaceful and the duplex is a new construction so everything is in fabulous shape inside. It is definitely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in!! The kitchen is awesome! It has so much space and is furnished with some very nice appliances. The laundry room is a very nice bonus! Lisi and Alan are amazing hosts! They are sweet, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Overall, a great Airbnb experience!!

We had a great time staying here- the place was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location to walk for coffee/food/drinks. Great communication from the host during our stay as well. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Chattanooga.

We needed a nice but close by place to stay for a wedding occurring at The Barn at Faith Farms. This place was perfect! Not too far away, very clean and new looking! It worked out great for us and another couple!

My family of 3 had a great stay at Cynthia's duplex. It's located in a good location, close to their downtown restaurants and shops. The amenities that were provided was some of the best we've seen compared to the several other rental's we've stayed in the past. Would definitely book again if we needed a stay in Cleveland, TN. Thanks for everything!

Diana’s place was exactly as advertised. Close to restaurants and shopping. The area is safe and extremely quiet. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Chattanooga

This place was so nice , relaxing and just a breath of fresh air. Felt just like home . Jennifer was such a great host . She sent us pictures of how to get to the parking since she knew we were getting in so late and after dark. Beds were comfortable and my husband and I had so much fun relaxing after our sons baseball tournament. We will for sure be back next year!!!

We stayed at Jay’s place because we were having work done at our home. The work wasn’t done and we had to stay another night and Jay was accommodating by offering his other space he rents. He also allowed us to have a 30 minute longer checkout. Great host!

What a peaceful beautiful place to stay on the Tennessee River. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. Clean and roomy and had everything we needed . Would highly recommend

Great space! My friend and I loved the fun vibes and comfort that it provided. The host was great, and there were a lot of little things that did not go unnoticed (keurig pods, mints, and water bottles available). She clearly went out of her way to create a positive experience. My favorite part of the stay, however, was the outdoor room! It was so relaxing and the perfect space to hang out.

I would highly recommend staying with Paulina if you are in the Chattanooga area. The views are absolutely AMAZING! But even if it weren't for the view, Paulina's place is still easily five star. Everything is so neat and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there is also the convenience of the location! Close enough to all the attractions in the area, and yet not right in middle of it all. Just a wonderful stay; highly recommended!

Great place to stay near downtown and Lee University. Walkable to events at Lee and restaurants in downtown. The cafe is also nice and a great breakfast. Tim was quick to respond and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

Our stay was cozy and peaceful. Five minutes from anything you need. Easy parking, easy insurance. Very friendly host, much more than I was expecting as far as square footage. Comfortable and everything we needed! I would love to stay again.
