Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

El apartamento tiene de 56 m² y está situado en la primera planta de una casa unifamiliar. Consta de un único espacio en el que hay una cama doble y una zona de estar con sofá cama más una cocina americana totalmente equipada con barra-bar. El baño dispone de lavamanos, ducha y WC. Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr am Waldrand. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Wanderungen ein. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Historisches Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Bauernhaus (anno 1833) neu hergestellt worden. Bei der Erstellung wurde darauf geachtet möglichst viele Naturbaustoffe zuverwenden (Holz, Lehm, Hanf). Die Zwischenwände wurden als Fachwerkwände ausgestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer bildet mit der Küche einen Raum. Die Wohnung hat ca.60 m² und ist barrierefrei hergestellt.
