George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

We had such an amazing weekend! The house was even better than the pictures—super cozy, clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It had all the perfect touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Sarah was such a great host—so kind, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had a smooth and comfortable stay. Would 100% stay here again!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We loved our stay here. My wife loves mid century modern and the place was true to form inside and out. The minimalism was awesome and perfect for across the street from the beach. Pleasant change from the mansions and townhomes. I surf so suiting up in the garage and very brief walk to sand was great. Not many people around even better. Oxnard is our favorite getaway and this place was perfect for laying low and enjoying the beach. Go eat at Freddy's Pizza and order cheese sticks - old school Oxnard and so good!

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

This was our first time staying on Silver Strand and we just loved everything about the location. The house is a gem and so close to the water in a quiet neighborhood. The locals were friendly and everything is accessible, the boardwalk, shopping, etc. we had a beach day with family and when it got chilly on the beach we found the backyard to be sunny and warm. We would come back to this beach house in the future!

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

Serge's place was perfect for my daughter & I for our vacation! Inside was very roomy and extremely clean! We walked to the beach everyday, maybe 5 minutes from Serge's to the sand. Even enjoyed the hot tub in the clubhouse. There is even a 1 car garage, which was really great! This rental was exactly as described and I would definitely rent it again!! Highly recommend! 😊

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!

DeLayne is an outstanding host. The home is beautiful with creative high end architectural details. Architect and owner thought out of the box with many features. Spotless and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to find and is in a safe gated community that is quiet. Home is furnished with all you need in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen as you were family. The location is ocean front with amazing views of Channel Islands. Surfing is excellent just steps from the house. Have stayed at many beach homes. By far we think this is our favorite. This home is a terrific beach getaway in the Oxnard/Ventura area. The home is as described with the bonus of having a very well stocked kitchen, responsive host and lovely welcome basket upon arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet and only steps away from an uncrowded beach. We went to the beach multiple times a day because it is literally across the street. The rooftop deck provides spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. Each bedroom has its own bath which is great for privacy. If I were visiting the Channel Islands or Ventura/Oxnard area again, I would definitely return to this home. It was a delightful home base for our SoCal getaway.

We had a great time at Anne’s place. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay again!

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

Tiffany’s place was perfect for a weekend away. It was located next to the beach and was beautifully decorated. Having coffee and tea available was a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

Great spot, in particular if you are focused on surfing as the break is right outside the house. Shannon was very responsive as a host and understanding of a couple requests we had. Highly recommend.

Steve's place was great! He is a great host! Very responsive to needs and text! We needed something fixed and he showed up, bought a new part and fixed it very promptly! The location and the beach it's on is great!! Our family group of 8 adults and 5 little kids and babies had plenty of room! He had beach towels, beach toys and a ping pong table, which all got used extensively! Thanks Steve & Sue

We had a great time. It was perfect for the kids and moms. It had bikes, beach toys, towels, buggy boards. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach, and we could see it from the terrace. The weather was nice, but it can get cold at night .
