Welcome to Rosie's Loft, a two-bedroom second floor apartment in downtown Historic Marshall. Our charming loft has three floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, decorative tile in the full bath, and hints of the original ceilings throughout. It's comfortable, with oversized furniture and modern touches. The original staircase entrance is worth the climb to this cozy space. Walk to local boutiques, pubs, and restaurants. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. An entire older home nestled in a historic district with a beautiful view, quiet and private. Cozy for two, spacious for six. A lush backyard invites a rest on the deck. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.
