Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt Kemptens

Ein großes Schlaf- und Esszimmer, von dem die kleine Küche und das neu renovierte Badezimmer abgehen. 1,40 m Bett, kleiner Schreibtisch, Fernseher (nur über Internet) und Wlan. Neues Bad mit bodenebener Dusche und viel Platz. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Nespresso Maschine etc. Ein Parkplatz gehört nicht zu der Wohnung dazu. Es gibt aber zwei Straßen weiter ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Burgstraße 20) für ca. 20 Euro pro Tag.

... im Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen liegt im Ammertal zwischen dem weltbekannten Passionsspielort Oberammergau und dem »Blauen Land« Murnau, mit seinen bekannten Künstlern rund um die Gruppe der »Blauen Reiter«. Unsere Almhütte liegt am Fuße des »Hörnle«, dem Hausberg von Bad Kohlgrub, in absolut ruhiger Lage und ist Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Skitouren, Schneeschuhwanderungen, Schlittenfahrten sowie nur 5 Minuten von der Bergbahnstation entfernt. 1 - 2 Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen.

Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Unser Hof liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Wir betreiben eine Bio Landwirtschaft mit Kühen, Hühner, Pferde und Katzen. Unser Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und bei Regen gibt es eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Für ein Kind ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, auch ein Reisebett kann untergebracht werden. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!
