Helt fantastisk sted og Elettra er klar med anbefalinger på alt og tilbød også at tage med på en af turene som hun talte om. Billigt og virkelig fantastisk sted oppe på et lille bjerg. Man skal køre til alt dog og man skal ikke komme i en stor SUV for vejene er små. Vores Volvo XC90 måtte bakke og vige en del gange.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Sergio's place is fantastic and Sergio is a great host! I almost don't want to say how wonderful our experience was, for fear it will be hard to get in the future. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to be in Florence. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms was convenient. Sergio was incredibly responsive and just gave you the sense he was there to make your trip great. This was our first time to Italy and it is going to be hard to find places in other locations that live up to the standard Sergio and his place set.

Che bello incontrare l'host di persona invece del solito cassettino con le chiavi! Laura è molto amichevole e disponibile, per tutto il soggiorno si è informata su come stava andando il soggiorno. La casa è davvero comoda, accessibile e bellissima, luminosissima.Un bel balcone comodissimo per mangiare. Abbiamo trovato prodotti per la pulizia e personali. In cucina dolcetti e sfiziosita'.Alla sera la macchina non serve perché si è direttamente in centro vicino a ristoranti bar, porto, passeggiata a mare. Unico neo le spese di consumo da pagare ( di cui ero informata) ma siccome è la prima volta che mi capita non avevo la minima idea di quanto potessero essere. Invece sono state contenute. Mi piacerebbe ritornare sicuramente.

l'alloggio come da foto è semplicemente fantastico, in ordine, pulito, ottimi servizi esterni per colazione all'aperto e stare in relax. Laura è un host disponibile e gentile che offre consigli su uscite ed escursioni da fare vicino al borgo oltre a ristoranti per provare prodotti tipici. bellissima esperienza!

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und befindet sich direkt am Strand. Alles notwendige ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Guglielmo war immer unkompliziert und umgehend. Seine Eltern - welche die Liegenschaft betreuen - sind herzlich, liebevoll und geben sich sehr viel Mühe für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Case del Mare hat uns allen sehr gefallen und unsere Ferien an der Küste der Toskana unvergesslich gemacht. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Lucia welcomed us into the most quaint, perfect apartment we could ask for! There are some stairs getting up to it, but the views were breathtaking! The graciousness of this host was unmatched! Water, juice, beer in the fridge! Candy, morning toasts and jelly! Lucia helped with restaurants, history of the city and the Palio race. If we could rate this higher we would. Everything was perfect. Location was close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. This has to be one of our top places we have stayed. We can’t say enough about how they went above and beyond as hosts to make guests comfortable and welcomed. We highly recommend this place which means if may be harder for us to rent again from such a raving review! Want to thank Lucia for how great she was as she’s managing it for a woman in the US. She truly goes above and beyond in what she does. We were Blessed to have found a gem like this in our Italian adventure. This was a great find! Definitely stay again.
