My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

Ruel was very helpful, his home was lovely, and the location was great. We were able to walk to most of our desired locations, activities, restaurants, and even the grocery store with ease. The space was perfect for our little family and had everything we needed.

What a great find in Morro Bay! The complex is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the rolling hills and farms. The house is very well located if you plan to do lots of exploring from Big Sur, to SLO, and to the adjacent towns and beaches. So close to all that Morro Bay has to offer as well. Inside had enough to cook meals and relax between our activities. The ping pong table was a hit and stocked with all the equipment. The welcome basket and breakfast went above and beyond and was a very kind gesture to arrive to. The host was responsive to questions we had during our stay. The check out requirements are a bit in-depth if you’re used to other properties with minimal expectations and especially if you’re trying to leave early in the morning and have a long drive ahead of you. But we were able to manage. Overall it’s was a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay for our vacation to the area.

This Airbnb was exceptionally clean, very roomy, and communication was excellent. There's a great Mexican restaurant and doughnut shop next door which was a big time saver. Get to the Mexican place early if you want some of their famous Tamales; they sell out just about every day. The only possible downside I could see is staying during the hottest part of the year. The one split AC took a while to cool the place down and I wonder whether it could keep up in the worst heat. We stayed in early April. We would definitely stay here again in most months

We really enjoyed staying here. Location is very close to downtown, able to walk to restaurants and shops. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, with a lovely ambiance that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to downtown Pismo, which made exploring the area so convenient. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issues were the ice dispenser not working and the trash bags being a bit flimsy (so definitely bring your own), as you’ll need to walk your trash to the main dumpster down the street. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and convenient getaway!

Jonathan is a great host! Very responsive. We had a great time in his airbnb and enjoyed walking to close restaurants. The space is beautifully decorated, very clean, stocked with supplies and overall really a nice stay. I think it's well worth the price. Just a little note about the immediate surroundings, the neighbors backyard has junk in it that you can see but obviously that's not Jonathan's issue. It's just a little surprising for the area. Everything else is superb. I just would have liked to know about the house next door before I rented this place. But I'd absolutely rent it again.

Brian was FANTASTIC and very timely with any issues rather questions we had My wife has stated let's return again oh the shower has the HOTTEST water in southern California We were looking for a relaxing place to migrate to and we found it.....Thank you Brian!
