Had an amazing time at this stay. During my second day, I even got a message of recommendations for the area from the host.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

It was home away from home from the moment we walked in--peaceful, comfortable, light and airy, open floor plan, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Rajvir is always an amazing host and we were fortunate to stay in one of her places again. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with gorgeous landscaping and the on site work out facility is an added bonus.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

This is my son's and I second time enjoying this wonderful place . We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the surroundings. Everything fit our needs. We would love to make this a yearly trip. Thanks for being such a great host!

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home. Had everything we needed.

This will be one of, if not the best air bnbs we have stayed in. Very clean and quiet, and the owner was very communicative. I would highly recommend this location as it made us feel as if we were in the comfort of our home. He also offers accommodations as he had a play pen clean and ready for us. Great option for anyone staying near the Oxnard area.

Amazing calm and peaceful place

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!
