Beautiful place, exactly as shown in photos!

Very convenient for our purpose. St Aloysius Parish was only 10 min drive & 4 min drive to Taylor’s Wines. We know that check in wasn’t until 2pm but the wedding was held @ 2pm so requested if checking in a bit earlier was possible. Request granted. Welcomed by the lovely hosts. The accommodation is like a five star hotel. The linen were super clean with modern decor & furnishings. The apartment was surrounded with a beautiful garden. Breakfast was also provided. Had 3 choices of breakfast cereals, a basket full of fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee & juices. Would definitely stay here again & will recommend to our friends & families. Would give it a perfect score of 10/10

We had a great stay at this charming Airbnb over the Easter weekend! The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The cosy ambiance made our holiday extra special. Perfect location, amazing hosts. Highly recommend!

The house accomodated our party of six very comfortably. The kids enjoyed the Nintendo Switch and table tennis. Adults appreciated the separate living spaces when needed. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. Plenty of space to park more than one vehichle if planning a stay with friends or family. Very clear instructions left in the house. We felt welcome and looked after.

Lovely restored cottage, very comfortable, and centrally located but also quiet.

Just visited percy place as a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday weekend. Couldn't have picked better. Location is superbirerally 2 mind walk to the beach or 8 mins to the jetty and splash park. The accomodation was superb a real beachy vibe but hadn't scrimped on amenities and comfort. Beds were very comfortable and the outdoor deck at the back with the annexed mini house meant the group could spread out and enjoy the space play games, sit in the sun, chat and enjoy a BBQ. Only very very minor critism is no screen door on the sliding patio resulted in flies getting into the house. But all in all this was a fantastic stay would definately recommend to anyone looking for a home from home on the yorkes. Will likely book percys place again in the future.

Convenient location. Tatiana was very responsive and allowed us an earlier check in, which was very appreciated. Was great for our short stay for work and would definitely stay again.

Great family holiday. Stunning views, loads of space inside and out. Rock reef to explore and drive on beach access was a short distance away. The house (bathroom and kitchen) was a bit dated but it was clean, furnishings were comfortable and it had new carpet. a very comfortable and lovely family holiday.

House is as described. Great views. Comfortable style. Friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommend.
