The cottage was just what we needed for a short stay in Abergavenny. it's perfectly located to explore the town or nearby park, which ours dogs loved. The beds were super comfy too and the garden a gem.

Hannah was amazing. Always responsive. The place had a real cottage vibe, that we were looking for, on top of it with a wooden fireplace. Spotless clean and with all what we needed. Totally will come back!

What an amazing time we had at Chapel Cottage. The directions and instructions provided by Katrina brought us right to the location and it didn't disappoint. The cottage was pristine with clean towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cutlery and utensils you could need. We loved it as soon as we walked in as we loved the charm and the rustic nature of how its been restored. The closest town Llanfyllin has a Spar but also a lovely Fish and Chip shop and Chinese which we used on our stay which we recommend also. After a long day hiking the Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall it was amazing to relax in the hot tub with a few glasses of wine. The sky was clear and with it being a dark sky area, the amount of stars we could see was unbelievable. The beds are also the comfiest weve ever slept on so each night we were so rested. We are already planning a visit for next year. Thank you.

3 of us stayed at Paradise cottage, the place was spotless and exactly how it was described. We arrived on motorbikes and wasn't sure where to park them for safety, Mandy allowed us to park them right out her own home behind secure gates which was great. No need to change anything whatsoever. A very nice and welcoming stay

I loved everything about this place, the bed was very comfy and the location was perfect. The bath and shower are wonderful and so is the soap and shower gel and linens available. I loved the eco friendly toilet paper too. Two points to note: there was no chopping board I could see? Fortunately most of my food was already prepared so it was not a big deal. And I believe it is the hot water tank that makes a noise intermittently? So, if you're a light sleeper like me, you'll need ear plugs despite being in very quiet and peaceful countryside. I loved my stay here it was very special and I would stay again when visiting the brecons!

Antonia’s place was exactly what we needed. The location was quiet and it was easy to find. Liz was very friendly when we arrived. The home had everything we needed, and the kitchen had lots of cooking essentials.

A great place for an outdoor family holiday. We loved exploring the beautiful waterfalls and even went for a very cold swim in the river! Would recommend the white horse for food and a great friendly atmosphere, great if you’ve got a dog with you. The caves at abercraf also well worth a visit. Lovely cottage run by lovely people. Mike was very helpful over messages and proactive. The location is so cute and the photos do not do this place justice! Very welcoming, clean, relaxing. Hot tub and sitting area is so lovely over looking the beautiful valley. Pub over the road is not do friendly which is a shame however we was aloud to sit outside so luckily the weather was nice. Pubs down the roads were fine with dogs and lively food. Water fall not far and lots of walks. Will defiantly be going back

Amazing location for lots of walks. We did Cadair Idris, Cregennan lakes and Mawddach trail which were all really close by. Lots of choice of places to eat within a short distance. The property was really lovely inside and spotless! Definitely recommend staying here!

Mal and Mike’s place was terrific and had everything we needed for our short stay. A quiet and private space in peaceful surroundings. We really appreciated the breakfast items and fruit in the room. If you visit be sure to take a walk along the canal which is 2 minutes away. And we definitely recommend the pizza at the Towpath Inn. A really enjoyable few days.

We had a lovely stay here, peaceful tranquil surroundings. The lamb and goat kids were so cute to watch in the evenings. Host also extremely helpful. Lots of good recommendations we didn't have enough time to see them all! Super friendly. Will certainly return again

Maxine's place was warm, spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—including a first aid kit, which was super helpful when I took a tumble on my morning run! Maxine was a fantastic host and we’re definitely planning to come back soon.

Old Bear's Cottage is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable: a truly serene refuge. As soon as we arrived I felt tension drop from my shoulders :) . Swifts darting about, hardly any traffic noise and that lovely view... we found we didn't even want to go out and explore because the view from the balcony/ sofa was so relaxing! Leanne is a great host. Quick to respond to messages and provided everything we needed very quickly. She was also really flexible, allowing us to extend our stay by an extra night because we didn't want to leave. Really close to the shops in Hay-on-Wye (but you will need a car), very comfy mattresses, highly recommend! Hope to return soon. Thanks Leanne.

Had a lovely family weekend here. The place is spacious and clean. If there was an issue, Michaela sorted it so quickly and was amazingly communicative and helpful. The pub downstairs was lovely and we had a great meal there on Friday, thank you for a great stay!

Such a lovely stay at Lakeside Lodge, the surroundings were beautiful and our host Andrew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Stunning lake one side of the lodge and stunning views of the hilly countryside the other (both visible from the view in the hot tub) really could not have asked for anything more for a chilled girls trip. Could have stayed there forever!
