This place is amazing! From booking to our arrival, Jean Patrick provided excellent communication. When we arrived, he ensured we had everything needed to find the location via taxi. He assisted us with getting our bags up to the top floor of the building and walked us through the apartment and even met us to help get everything down at the end of our trip. This apartment is the end unit on the top floor of the building and very quiet. From first glance walking in, you feel at home and much larger than they appear in the photos. We were traveing with our three kids and they had their space and we had ours. The kitchen and bathroom are also large and spacious with the added benefit of having a washer in the apartment. Great restaurants and bakeries are within short walking distance in either direction. You are steps from the Musée de l'Armee and the Tomb of Napoleon, a very short walk to École Militaire metro, busses and a view of the Tomb and Eiffel Tower. We wish we could stay longer!

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, near many great restaurants and cafes. The area felt like a more local part of Le Marais. Arnaud was a great host, who was very responsive and helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment was comfortable and decorated with a lot of charm that made you feel right at home.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

Nous avons loué ce Logement pour un week-end familial. Tout était parfait. Nous étions 8 adultes. La salle de vie est très agréable La cuisine est bien équipée . Les autres équipements sont conformes aux descriptions Les literies, les sanitaires et La maison sont très propres.Félicitations ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Hemos estado dos días en la casa de Sandra,la casa es impresionante, no le faltaba de nada, camas grandes y colchones muy confortables, habían lavadoras y secadoras grandes , tenían toallas , máquinas de café, vamos estaba mejor que un hotel !!! Sin duda Sandra fue muy amable desde el principio y la comunicación con ella fue excelente, estuvo pendiente todo el rato de nuestra llegada que fue bastante tarde!! Éramos un grupo de 13 personas y la verdad que fue una experiencia maravillosa!! Si vuelvo a paris o a Disney me encantaría volver alojarme en la casa de Sandra sin duda. La recomiendo al máximo!!!

Un grand merci à Laurie Anne Nous avons passé un excellente séjour, la maison est propre et agréable. La forêt est au fond du jardin ce qui permet de s’évader très facilement dans un cadre bucolique. Notre séjour dans je logement d’Olivia & Dom s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Le logement est impeccable. Très propre, charmant, facilement accessible en métro et en tram depuis Paris. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec possibilité de parquer un véhicule facilement. Commerces à proximité. Le jardin et la spacieuse terrasse sont agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lucie et Sophie. Les hôtes étaient incroyablement accueillants, disponibles et réactifs à toutes nos demandes, ce qui a vraiment facilité notre séjour. La maison est chaleureuse, très propre et parfaitement équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons passé de très bons moments entre amis, et c'était un cadre idéal pour se détendre et profiter. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Logement bien équipé et super pratique à côté de CDG. Nous étions 5 et tout s’est bien passé. L’hôte était disponible et très à l’écoute.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
