5 stars – A Perfect Stay with Shirley! Staying at Shirley’s place was such a great experience from start to finish. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described,actually even better in person. Shirley was an amazing host: super kind, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is! I stayed here a long time and felt very at home. its a very good homebase to explore BKK. The café downstairs is wonderful. The hosts are especially warm and gracious. Walking area is a bit spread out, but i think that the privacy and quietness of the building makes up for this. Highlights include: -The rooftop!! love it up there. -kitchen area -tall ceilings -natural light -good air con -flexible check in and check out

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

The apartment was incredibly spacious and very comfortable to live in. It had everything I needed for living alone for a month. The condo itself was quiet, and having a 7-Eleven right in front made it easy to get anything I needed. During the earthquake on March 28th, the building held up perfectly without any cracks afterwards, which made me realize how solid and well-built it is. The host was super kind and easy to communicate with in English, which made my stay even more pleasant. The internet was incredibly fast, which made working remotely for a month super convenient. If I come back to Thailand again, I would definitely love to stay here once more.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The entering procedure is easy to follow and was well explained by Anthony. The apartment is quite big and has all equipment one would need. All was clean. We also used Netflix. There is a washing machine at the balcony but we didn´t use it. The location is close to major shopping centers and metro station. However, the apartment itself is quite. Absolute nothing to complain.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Dům Benyada je jako oáza klidu uprostřed džungle velkoměsta, nádherný, čistý prostorný, cítili jsme se v něm jako doma a jestli ještě pojedeme do Bangkoku, tak se zde určitě znovu ubytujeme

Spending our last two nights in Bangkok at Chanisda’s house was perfect. We arrived late after flying from Phuket the instructions were very easy for entry. We didn’t spend very much time there as we had a full day tour the next day and then headed to the airport early in the morning. However, the house felt like a home and gave the 6 of us the space, comfort and quiet time we needed. Chanisda is an amazing host. Great, friendly communications and very helpful. A lovely house with a lovely host!

Goed verblijf gehad. Fijne woning in rustige buitenwijk. De stad is goed bereikbaar via Grab. Alles functioneerde naar behoren in de woning. Er is wat geluidsoverlast van vliegtuigen, maar dit wende vrij snel.

100% weiterempfehlung!! Tolle Aussicht, toller Pool, Handtücher, Föhn, Waschmaschine alles was man braucht vor Ort. 7 Eleven direkt vor Ort, zudem eine gute Zug Anbindung Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis :)

Wir verbrachten 3 Tage in der Wohnung von Jack, die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Jack gab uns klare Anweisungen wie Check in und Check out ablaufen und noch weitere Hinweise zur Anlage. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber wer wirklich nur die Stadt sehen möchte, dem reicht dies völlig aus.

I loved staying at Øyvind’s place! It’s a very cozy condo, and compared to others I’ve stayed in around Bangkok, this one really feels like the owner put effort into making it feel like home. The balcony was a huge plus for me, and like others mentioned, I also loved spending time there just looking at the city - the view is fantastic! The coffee machine was the perfect addition! As for the cons, the apartment faces the river, and there are boats with music from time to time, but they’re mostly gone by 10 PM. This might be something to consider for those who go to sleep early, like me. Overall, I had a great stay and really enjoyed it! Thank you, Øyvind!

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

Eine unfassbar zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Persönliches willkommen mit anschließender Apartmentbesichtigung! Alles in einem so angenehmen und freundlichen Vibe. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, absolut gemütlich und unfassbar sauber! Die Anlage mit insgesamt 3 Pools und das Gym einfach nur traumhaft. Absolut empfehlenswert und gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße
