Daniel is easily the best host I’ve ever had. We are two American students who moved to Nottingham for school and Daniel made us feel right at home. He provided endless recommendations, brought us anything we needed, checked up on us, and was always available. The apartment quickly became our home. It had all the amenities we needed: washer, dryer, iron, kettle, fireplace, hairdryer, etc. He even stocked toiletries and the like. The couch is great for naps and hanging around. The location is super convenient with a bus stop right by, grocery nearby, etc. Daniel is a friendly host who loves to provide his guests with a great experience. Would stay again 10/10.

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

Absolute fantastic! From start to finish Ciara was very helpful and communicable! Responded within minutes when we arrived and had a few questions. Couldn’t fault our stay really at all. Still plenty of light even though it’s in a basement. Underfloor heating worked well just boosted it as per instruction when we arrived. 100% will stay again when we visit!

What a wonderful stay we had, from booking to arrival, departure and aftercare the hosts were amazing. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and a fab location for us and great local food establishments nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled a long way and were delayed a few times but the hosts were flexible and patient on waiting for us. I also left a couple of items in the house and they very kindly posted them back to me. I can't recommend this place and the hosts enough. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely Stay in a Well-Equipped Home ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were plentiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. The only challenge was parking. While there was space available, the way others parked made it tricky to maneuver in and out. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a larger vehicle. Overall, a great place to stay, and we’d happily return!

A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. Fantastic annex property just a few minutes walk from Southwell Minster in a very peaceful residential area. Property was spotless and benefited from the owners beautiful gardens both front and back together with off-road parking. Even though only there for two nights we were provided with a very generous welcome pack (milk, eggs, butter, marmalade, bread and beer) which was an unexpected treat.

A great central location right by Hockley so you will never be short of places to eat well and a stones throw from the center of town to get around. The apartment was modern and had everything you need for a long stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a base in central Nottingham.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Very clear instructions for finding and getting in the appartment. The area was very cozy and really beautiful to walk around in. The appartment had everything I needed and a lot of useful instructions. Would come here again when visiting Nottingham!
