Enjoy the sound of the waterfall just outside the kitchen while having your morning coffee. Dine al fresco on the patio or just relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

Guesthouse: spectacular vistas, privacy and nature

*Please read house rules before booking* Our guesthouse presents our visitors with a 180 degree view of nature at it's finest. It's at the edge of a wild life preserve, which provides , privacy, tranquility, and natural beauty. Our indigenous creatures abound here: coyotes, turkey vultures, red tail hawks, road runners, snakes, raccoons, squirrels, owls and many other. This is truly the place for nature and seclusion.

The Tiny Cabin - Coral Tree House

*The pool is not heated. *Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *Only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.
