This cozy, updated apartment is in the heart of downtown Wheeling and is within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one-bedroom cottage offers amazing Ohio River views. Sit and relax on the beautiful back deck while you enjoy watching the barges float by. You can also see the upper side of the Pike Island Locks and Dam, so don’t forget your binoculars! The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary items. It can sleep up to 2 people comfortably (1 queen bed). Perfect for a couple (or small family) visiting family in the Tri-State area.

Large laundry area with washer and dryer.

"Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek to enjoy. One comfortable 12" queen in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft.
