Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Die Wohnung, bestehend aus Vorraum, Badezimmer und Wohnraum (Küche, Essecke, Sofa, Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher), wurde 2018 komplett neu renoviert. Achtung: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock & es gibt keinen Aufzug!
