Lovely apartment in a great location. Great personal touches with snacks and waters available. Leonard was very responsive and answered all my questions. Great stay!

This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

We felt as though we got what we paid for and the hosts were extremely thorough in communicating. Definitely needs some freshening up and maintenance, but again, for the price it was great. All the necessities were ready for us on arrival and the exit instructions were simple and not too involved.

We were only able to stay one night at Enmanuel's place, but our list is all pros, no cons! Enmanuel had Uber eats deliver coffee pods when we told him their weren't any. I live in NYC and so parking, neighborhood safety, and noise level was all good and nothing to complain about! We were loathe to leave in the morning, but we went to Philadelphia to sightsee, not to hang out in a unique and very clean Airbnb. Thank you, Enmanuel for providing this place.

Perfect stay for a family with children. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Walkable distance to all major museums and attractions. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook.Whole Foods store is nearby for groceries. Kids loved toys & books that the hosts kindly left in the house. Overall, a wonderful, thought through, comfortable home. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. Thank you Meghan & Tim!

House is just as described inside, very clean and entertaining. The beds are comfortable, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Nice private, gated patio with comfy furniture. The location isn’t for everyone, and it is not ideal for kids or pets - trash and broken glass everywhere outside of the property, the entire neighborhood, out of the owners control but still deserves to be mentioned. Host was very responsive and helpful.

James's home was very well maintained. We enjoyed the neighborhood and found it convenient to get to a variety of restaurants. We were happy we could walk to appointments at the Hospital of the University Pennsylvania and Penn's campus. We would love to stay here again if we are in Philadelphia.

This was a really spacious, very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Even though its in a larger apartment building, it was very easy to get inside, easy to park, and everything went as expected. Taniya was responsive in the few times we reached out. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and comfy couch, too.

Seckou and his place is totally wonderful. If you’re looking to see Philly, this is an excellent choice!!

The location was awesome it was quiet and safe. We found parking out front and decided to Uber because the parking was tight at the location we wanted to visit. It bright in the morning but she left eye pads and earplugs I didn’t realize I needed for my boyfriend’s snoring. I would definitely stay again it was a great experience.

The communication was excellent! I appreciated it as I had a few questions. The place was clean and spacious. The building was quiet and the few neighbors I saw were friendly. It’s a great apartment that felt like home. I highly recommemded this place!!!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Convenient location for Philly at the end of a cul de sac. Helpful hosts. Cozy place -good for a base to explore from. Nice house decorations too.

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

Jeff’s home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to find and had a great dive bar next door called Lucky 13. The stairs could be tricky as they are steep and there is two floors so just note that. Otherwise the house was clean, peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!
