The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Converted Bus overlooking Amish Farmland

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. This beautiful Victorian home is perfect for large groups or families traveling together. The home is centrally located, Amish attractions, Sight and Sound, Strasburg Railroad, outlet shopping all with in 10 minutes drive, 20 minutes from Downtown Lancaster. Hersheypark, Ski Roundtop, and Hershey Chocolate World all within an hours drive. We can also accommodate 6 more guests in the adjoining Innkeepers Quarters. Complete privacy in the backyard with fire-pit and grown pine trees with multiple bird houses. The surrounding grounds have many flowering perennial bushes, annuals and interesting details. The driveway has space to park at least three vehicles. You will have plenty of opportunities to experience the simple way of living.

Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.

A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The apartment is located in the middle of town directly across from Kitchen Kettle Village. Within walking distance is Oasis Bowls with the tastiest açaí bowls. The Corner Coffee Shop or Village Cafe is nearby for your fancy caffeine fix.
