Tucked away in the woods at the end of an unmade track, the Roundhouse is a cosy, picture-perfect 18th-century smallholder’s cottage. Nestled by a stream with its own waterfall, large garden, and luxury hot tub (optional extra), it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings. Deceptively spacious, it comfortably sleeps 4 and is ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Endless glorious walks start from the front door, with a hot tub to soak in when you return.

Both Liz and myself would like to welcome you to our immaculate static caravan, which is situated near the seafront, on the breath taking Somerset Jurassic coast at Doniford Bay. No 6 Quantock Rise, is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom caravan with additional sofa-bed - thus sleeping 6. The caravan is 40' x 14' with a large balcony to the front, sea views along with parking for 2 vehicles. Come and relax in comfort & style, walk, rest, recuperate, celebrate in this most beautiful part of England.

Our spacious upstairs apartment boasts spectacular views over the Quantock hills - where you can often glimpse the local red deer - as well as views over the Exmoor and Brendon hills. The apartment is well equipped with a large kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms. Bicknoller is a peaceful village that features a friendly pub serving delicious meals. It has a small village shop.

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. Enjoy sunsets from the decking or spend evenings around the BBQ area watching the sea. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, making it ideal for coastal and countryside walks nearby.
