The neighborhood is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful and authentic in Paris, and Carol's apartment reflects what, for me as an Italian, Paris is: romantic, charming, unpretentious, yet cozy, and furnished with simplicity, taste, and plants __ A delightful friend of Carol showed us how to access the apartment and described the house to us. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing week in Paris at Stephanie’s apartment. Amazingly located to the high end area by St Germain des près. The apartment was perfect for my daughter, and felt so peaceful despite its location. We loved that we could walk to Le Bon Marché in 10mn or the Seine and Le pont des Arts and Louvre in 10mn too, brilliant place to explore the city, in fact we walked everywhere by foot! The appartement was also beautifully decorated and felt special.

L’appartement de Marie est parfait pour un séjour parisien. Idéalement situé au pied de Montmartre, il est également extrêmement lumineux et paisible. Marie est une hôte très réactive et très agréable. Nous la remercions pour son accueil irréprochable! À coup sûr, nous y retournerons lors d’un prochain week-end à Paris.

Peggy est une hôtesse parfaite. Malgré une arrivée tardive, Peggy m’a attendu pour m’accueillir, m’a donné toutes les explications nécessaires. Elle est très chaleureuse et souhaite que l’on soit à l’aise dans son appartement. Et lorsque j’ai eu besoin d’un renseignement, Peggy a répondu très vite à mon message. L’appartement est très propre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Très bien placé sans aucun vis-à-vis. Cet appartement est très agréable. Je vous le recommande.

Claudia truly went above and beyond as a host during my stay in Paris. From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Alles war ok. Allerdings ist die Wohnung an einer befahrenen Strasse und die Fenster sind sehr alt Schallgegedämpfte Fenster wären gut. Die Küche und das Bad sind neu renoviert. Das Fussboden Parkett ist alt aber ok. Wir hatten kein Problem mit dem Lärm von der Strasse da wir sehr aktiv unterwegs waren und immer Müde zu Bett gegangen sind und um 8.oo Uhr wieder aus dem Haus sind.

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

We had a great stay at Jean Louie's! The apartment looks like in the pictures, it's close to lots of food places, including bakeries (1 minute away) and very diverse restaurants. It is well equipped, mattress comfortable and had plenty of towels. It's very bright, with large windows. you may want to bring your own shampoo or get one after you arrive. The building itself is very well maintained and cleaned, with an elevator that plays classical music. One of those little things that can brighten your day. Getting the keys from the neighbor was very easy and communication smooth. So was the departure. I highly recommend this place for a longer or shorter stay.

We had a fabulous three night stay at Caroline‘s place, which was only an eight minute walk from our friends’ hotel. We loved that there were so many restaurant options near us and that the canal was just around the corner. The apartment is quite small, but efficient; the bathroom is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee. We just need to carry our suitcases up the short series of steps which isn’t a problem, but it may be for others. Overall, because of the location and how compact this Airbnb was, we would recommend for Lowe’s looking to explore the day like we did.

Jean-Marc’s place was in a quiet building inspite of being close to the lively area of Moulan Rouge. There were many restaurants and shops to choose from for our daily needs. (Plus some upscale shops like Pierre Herme fir fancy macarons and chocolates.) It was 15 min walk up to the Sacre Coeur Basilica. Only thing I wished for was linens for the kitchen. I washed few glasses, cups, and plates every night and paper towels are thin in Europe to dry. So not a big problem, but a wish. We were allowed to check in few hours early due to our train schedule and that was so nice! Inna came to meet us and explained everything in the beginning. The elevator in the building was a plus! Overall, we had a nice stay!

L’appartement est conforme au photos et même un peu plus grand que ce que nous imaginions. Proches du métro et des commerces, il est facile d’aller où on le souhaite facilement. Le quartier est calme. La literie était parfaite, nous avons très bien dormi. L’appartement convient très bien pour un couple. Vanessa est hyper sympathique et très réactive aux messages.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Stephane and Marie’s place and can’t say enough about how special their apartment is. The photos don’t do it justice. Marie met us and showed us into the apt. She let us leave our bags there early while it was being cleaned. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet. We each had our own beautiful bed & bath, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is small but well equipped for our 4 night stay. The local neighborhood was very walkable and a stones throw to the Luxembourg Gardens. We easily caught Uber’s right in front of our place. The apt. was our serenity after a days worth of seeing the sights and shopping in a very crowded Paris! Merci Marie et Stephane!

It’s rare these days to find a place that pays attention to all the details. From the small candy on the nightstand, to the amazing scented candles, to the abundance of kitchenware and towels. Thank you for this experience!! This Airbnb changed my view of what life in Paris could be and made me want to live there.

Excelente ubicación, restaurantes de todos los gustos cerca, a 5 min de la torre Eiffel, a pesar de ser primer piso y al lado de la calle, es muy tranquilo y no se siente ruido, el anfitrión responde muy rápido a tus inquietudes, sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería de nuevo.

Le logement était impeccable et la déco est très immersive. Très accessible en bus, la chambre est à 2 pas de Disney et rejoindre Paris est donc très simple en transport. La douche est très sympa, seul bémol elle déborde très très vite, c’est douche express 😬 Aucun problème d’eau chaude. Les propriétaires ont l’air de vivre dans le même bâtiment mais la chambre, sur le côté, est très intime, on se sent seuls au monde. En bref séjour au calme très sympathique et reposant. Je recommande !

Un Studio très bien qui propose une vraie intimité ; pas de vis à vis. Le lit est particulièrement confortable (ferme). Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes de disponible (vite mouillées avec jacuzzi etc) ; mais à notre demande Anne nous en a ramené 2 autres tout de suite. Par contre je ne recommanderais pas forcément la personnalisation de déco, car juste le prénom en fausse pétale pour 20€ donné, c'est cher à mon Sens. Anne n'avait plus de bougie, mais je n'ai malheureusement pas été prévenu (elle me l'a précisé quand j'ai demandé par message après notre départ, pourquoi si peu de déco ; pour ne pas le faire devant mon conjoint dont c'était la surprise). J'aurais peut-être dû demander des photos au préalable en plus de la confirmation du tarif. La décoration est très belle sans personnalisation sinon. Le Jacuzzi était déjà chaud à notre arrivée 👌 Cette love room est chère ; mais l'ambiance, la localisation et la disponibilité de Anne lui donne de bons atouts. Je partage à mon entourage !

Unsere Gastgeberin Sophie war immer super erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Gegend war schön (besonders das Zentrum Alesia von Montrouge) und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Die Anbindung Buse und Metro waren ebenfalls gut. Vielen Dank

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement exactement comme présenté avec tous les appareils fonctionnels. Karim est un hôte extrêmement réactif et consciencieux, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé une agréable soirée chez Pascal, le logement est très confortable et joliment décoré, idéal pour une nuit ou plus ! Nous n'étions que de passage dans la région mais nous y serions volontiers rester une nuit supplémentaire. La balnéo est très appréciable aussi. Merci beaucoup et au plaisir de venir à nouveau chez vous à l'occasion !

Un alojamiento bastante agradable, el anfitrión es de lo mejor, super amable y servicial, la ubicación es excelente puedes llegar en metro o bus perfectamente y puedes ir en metro a centro de París sin problema toma la línea L (creo que es tranvía) esta a 4 minutos caminado del hospedaje. El lugar está super limpio y bien ordenado... el espacio suficiente para 4 personas, el jacuzzi fue increíble!! lo único malo serian tal vez las escaleras para de acceso pero merece completamente la pena subirlas! tienes cerca de todo, market, restaurant, café, todo lo que necesites! en general nosotros disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía, Martin se porto increíble con nosotros!! Este es un alojamiento 100% recomendable!! gracias Martin por la ayuda, los consejos y sobre todo por tu maravillosa hospitalidad!

Si vous cherchez un cocon aussi élégant que confortable pour une escapade seul ou en duo à moins d'une heure de Paris, vous l'avez trouvé ! Paisible, décoré avec goût et entretenu avec soin, c'est un vrai petit paradis. La terrasse est ensoleillée du matin au soir, ce qui permet d'en profiter la journée entière. Avec le jacuzzi sous les étoiles au doux son d'un petit coin de jardin et de nature qui vous entoure pour la soirée ✨ Merci Benjamin pour cette bulle de beauté et de douceur hors du temps :)

L'appartement est vraiment très jolie et très propre. J'ai passé un bon moment de détente. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Merci encore pour l'accueillir la gentillesse et à bientôt.
