Second stay at Jennifer’s place. It’s perfect for us. Metro is near by. The area is lovely. Safeway just up the road and the best chicken sandwich at Hill East Burgers.

Il est très bien situé à Washington DC , à proximité du Capitol , de restaurants , cafés et d’un parc pour les enfants. Parfait pour découvrir la ville et ses environs.

We enjoyed a week in the DC area. The basement apartment was 2 blocks away from the blue,silver,metro line. A metro bike rack and a bus line were also within a block. Making travel around DC easy. A Safeway grocery was within a 10 minute walk. We walked to the Capitol, Supreme Court and Botanical gardens approximately 1-1/2 miles. The apartment was quiet, with occasional sound from upstairs as described. The shower was wonderful and was stocked with shampoo, soap etc. The kitchen had a nice selection of cooking supplies. There were some spices and other ingredients to use. Coffee pods and tea to get you started. The bed was very comfortable. With nice sheets. Tiffany gave us a beautiful bouquet of Easter Lillie I’d definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the DC area.

Renee is the perfect host. She greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. She is proactive and extremely helpful. Her rental unit is extremely clean and cozy, I could barely get out of bed. Stay at Renee’s!

The home is nestled in a serene area and welcomes you with a countryside feel just minutes away from downtown. We were greeted with baked treats upon arrival and the home was nice, clean and quaint. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Adam’s place! The location couldn’t have been better for our visit to DC- it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. Adam was an outstanding host: responsive and flexible, making our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and clean. A great place to rest between our sightseeing. We are so glad to have found this gem!

Anne’s studio was beautifully curated. As an artist, I so appreciated the mirrored sculptures, high ceilings and the guitar! The way the studio was laid out felt simple, useful and with the needed items clearly presented. I appreciated a couple of yogurts in the fridge for me and some fruit. Anne was quickly responsive with a question and her instructions were very clear. I look forward to a return possibly, as I have close friends in the area. A great stay~

Felt right at home! It was lovely and exactly what we needed. And the location is walkable to the concert venue we were in town for, so that was a huge plus. Would stay again!

True to photos very cute and clean. The outside sitting was the best part.

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

So many wonderful things to say about this stay. The location was even better than anticipated. Great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and lovely playground just a couple blocks away. The host went above and beyond to setup a baby bed for us. It was a great place for kids. Not a lot of noise in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with our questions about riding the metro as we are from a town with no metro. Thank you for accommodating our family with small children!

Super short drive to the National Mall area/Capital. Quiet, pretty neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. There was always parking up front, and hosts were very responsive.

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood, good cafe around the corner for a morning coffee and 15-20 min walk to the Capitol building. Very comfortable place to come back with all the amenities. Would recommend.

Great clean place, quite area, good bus connection to central DC and in general met the expectations 👍

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. No need to leave the house for anything except food. We use DoorDash, after the first night there because there were plenty of amenities right there. The very impressive kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances needed. The theater is nicely decorated with a popcorn machine which gives the full movie experience. The pool table and air hockey were so much fun. The Pack-Man game was already a blast, then to find out it has a ton of arcade games on the system made it even better. The meditation room was a highlight of our stay. You'll get relaxed as soon as you approach the doorway. The gym was yet another amenity that we were impressed by. You get a pretty good workout while reading the motivational quotes on the wall. We used the grill that's conveniently on the patio at the entrance. This was my husband's first Airbnb experience so it set the bar high. The hot tub was great with privacy. I'll try the beautiful pool next time.

I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

Charles's place was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Instructions for check-in were easy to understand and the apartment had everything one could need or want. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

Ryan’s second floor apartment is a lovely historic home in a gorgeous neighborhood so close to all the action. Our family of four (2 young children) settled in easily and made all our meals there. Ryan was very easy to communicate with and was so accommodating - it was clear that our comfort was his priority! We’ll be back!
