It was so perfect. Hot tub excellent, bbq excellent, beds, so comfortable. It was everything we needed to unwind after a busy tax season. LOVED OUR STAY!

Barry is a fantastic host! He was super responsive, making the check-in process seamless and always available to quickly answer any questions. The location is perfect—getting to and from the airport was incredibly easy and convenient. The fantastic backyard offers plenty of amenities for a perfect summer day with friends, whether lounging, grilling, or simply enjoying the beautiful weather. We love cooking, and the kitchen exceeded our expectations—it was impressively well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious home-cooked meals effortlessly. Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Very convenient location for NOS Events center or any other SB location. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Independent entrance ensured good privacy, place had all the things I needed for the stay. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected, did not had trouble using any of the furnishings. Shower was hot, toiled worked fine, internet was fast, etc.

We loved our stay at Raz’s place. Super convenient to downtown Palm Springs, Joshua Tree and everything else one could need. Lots of space to relax by the pool and the game room was awesome for the kids. Perfect overall, highly recommend.

This is a beautiful private retreat in the heart of Atwater. That is was also dog and family friendly was such a huge bonus. We needed a place to stay near our home while our floors were being refinished. And this place was wonderful! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. We’d had a slight issue with the AC on the first night, but Eloísa and her crew were very responsive and the issue was resolved within hours. She also gave us a slight credit for our trouble. The spaces are well proportioned and it feels like a home that folks live in. Clean, bright and functional! Big tables to play games at and plenty of places to unwind. The sofa has seen better days but the master bedroom mattress is divine! Definitely going to recommend her place to friends and family visiting from out of town.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

My son and I have been visiting Idyllwild a few times a year since he was a young teen. We've stayed all over town, and we like Astrid's best so far. We came this time to lock ourselves in for the weekend of Alien Day (iykyk) to watch all of the movies. I chose this place because of the living room and TVs, and my son loved bringing his vinyl to spin. It was perfect for our niche trip. The photos don't do the place justice. It's cozy and interesting and filled with cool little details in each space. All of the instructions are clear, and Astrid is beyond helpful when answering ridiculous little questions. From the windows we saw deer families, chonky squirrels, and a very proud blue jay. At dusk, we heard the adorable clicks and commotion of resident bats. Astrid's place is perfect for families, couples, grown siblings. It's got great common areas and private rooms. A fantastic place that we will stay in again as soon as we have a chance.
