3 bedroom 1 bathroom loft (2 separate sides) open concept guest house. Very peaceful East San Diego getaway. Enjoy beautiful ocean and Mountain Views during the day then relax in the jacuzzi with breath taking sunsets and the city lights at night. Best views in San Diego! Only 25 minutes from the SD airport and beaches. Minutes away from 2 local wineries and casinos. House sleeps 6 but you can invite guests up for the day for a fee. Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.

Think of this like a hotel room or a minimalist studio. The entire unit is: - ONE compact room 6.5" x 11.5' - Bathroom - Private entrance There is no kitchen or living room. It's attached to my house. The room has a velvet couch that converts into a full sized bed. The bed is extremely comfy with its 2" topper. It will be ready as a bed upon arrival & is easy to convert into a couch. There is a desk, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee, utensils, plates, bowls, washer/dryer & detergent.
