Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

A cambio, será entregado un certificado de huesped que incluye un montón de descuentos y condiciones especiales en muchos lugares.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Der Fußweg dauert ca. 1 Sunde. Teile der Strecke per Seilbahn überwindbar. Freilaufende Nutztiere im Umfeld der Wohnung.

Der Balkon bietet Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge im Süden, auf das Wettersteingebirge im Südwesten und auf den Krottenkopf im Westen.
