Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist.
