Very responsive and friendly host. The property is clean, quiet, and in private area. The only downside is the internet speed is slow and lagging when streaming 2 TVs at the same time plus video call on my computer. Other than the internet speed. Everything else are superb. Definitely, I will come back again if I visit in the area again in the future.

Mikka’s place was exactly as described! Such beautiful landscaping in the front yard and the backyard was great for the kids! Beautiful neighborhood! The amenities in the bathroom were amazing and appreciated☺️

They went above and beyond by stocking the kitchen with an abundance of supplies and even preparing a variety of food, which was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen itself had all the utensils and cookware I needed to whip up meals comfortably. Staying here felt just like home, and I enjoyed every moment of my three-day getaway. As always Dianna’s place is my favorite stay in Long Beach. The space itself is very comfy, clean, private and quiet. It has all of the little detailed things that you’ll need while staying for short or a long stay. The hosts are very responsive and helpful with anything. The neighborhood is walkable, safe and well kept up. Food is near to grab fast or restaurants to sit down at. I honestly feel at home while I’m here and don’t want to leave. 5 stars as always. Highly recommended!

Great little spot near the beach!

This place met our needs perfectly. We needed an overnight close to LAX in order to catch an early morning flight, but didn’t want to stay in a soulless hotel next to noisy neighbors. Kristen and Chris’s home is lovely, in a nice family neighborhood, walkable to some restaurants (we chose Five Point Five Brewing—great beer, delicious pizza). Their home was quiet and comfortable, and we enjoyed interacting with them. They were warm and welcoming while respecting our privacy. And they’d thought of every amenity, right down to robes and to-go coffee cups. We made a good choice!

I had such a lovely experience staying with Doris. She is wonderful and very kind. My room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very welcomed during my stay. I even spent some time playing her grand piano and chatted with her about music. I will definitely be staying with Doris again!

Kathy and Phil were fantastic. My daughter and I felt right at home in their guesthouse. Kathy made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on sights to visit while we were in town. Very safe and close to all attractions in and around LA. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Helen's place is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice view from its backyard. The room is clean and the treats are an added bonus. Helen is very friendly and accommodating. Her recommendation for a walkable trail where the Hollywood sign can be seen is amazing!
