Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly heloful unobtrusive host. Private space . Great base to explore Teignmouth and Shaldon. Highly recommended

The photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolute must see. Perfect location that it’s just far enough away and high enough for fantastic views of the bay and lovely surrounding walks. Highly recommend walking along the seafront to birbeck and watching the sunset! Host responded quickly and was super helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Our time in Swanage was lovely. Very restful and the venue we stayed in was cosy and very much a home from home. It is right in the middle of Swanage and everything you need is within walking distance. We also went off to Weymouth for a day which was a nice easy commute on the car. Really loved our stay.

This is the second time that we have stayed and it was just as fabulous as the first time . It’s on a quite side street so you are within a few minutes walk of the hubbub of the town with none of the noise which is perfect . Wonderful views , Clean with all the amenities you could wish for , and a super responsive host we will definitely be back for a 3rd time !!

We stayed here for a hen party and my expectations were well passed! The place felt so homely and welcoming and was beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a big highlight and felt so clean! Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

The house was a perfect location for us as a family. We regularly visit Swanage and this is now the closest to town we have stayed. You would not think in less than 5 minutes you would be in town due to how quiet it was. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5. If we needed Anne we knew we could have messaged. We managed to find parking not far from the house so this was also no issue for us. Will look again at staying here as we can not fault it at all. 5*

This house was beautiful with beautiful views and a lovely garden. The house was bigger than I expected which was perfect for what I needed it for. Would highly recommend.

The house was exactly what we needed, and was in an ideal location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. The only things I would suggest is that the host provides hand wash in the bathrooms (this is something I’ve experienced in all other airbnb experiences), and the host needs to replace the dining table and dining chairs as these are worn out, and not fit for use. Overall, the house was exactly what we as a group of nine (with two children) needed, and the bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

myself and my partner and our dog chez had a 3 night stay. looking for peace and quiet and that was exactly what we got. The property was immaculate. Shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Many thanks to lisa for having us stay in your lovely home.

This is an excellent location at Exmouth Marina. It is within walking distance of numerous pubs and restaurants. You can also walk there from Exmouth station in about 10 minutes.

Great little flat with a perfect view. Had everything we needed in the kitchen -we managed to cook a roast dinner at home one night. The sunsets are so beautiful to watch from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. Sue is fab and theres enough places to eat nearby if you want to go out.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

This is a beautiful apartment right on the sea front. It was super clean, easy to access, spacious and perfect for our long weekend getaway. We will absolutely be returning!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.
