We were in town for an event at the BOS Center and appreciated having a quiet spot to land instead of a hotel. Older home was nicely furnished. Girls loved the game room space downstairs. I appreciated some of the thoughtful extras like extra towels and a sound machine. Simple check out expectations were a big plus, too.

George was great and made our stay a wonderful time! The place is very unique and exactly as described. Loved the hot tub and the skate park downstairs was pretty cool. Not far from local attractions also.

This place was perfect for our visit to friends in Springfield. Plenty of space for the three of us and we loved the decor. We had a slight problem when we arrived and Bill came right over to take care it. We appreciated Bill and Jen's recommendations of restaurants and shops. Everything for our stay worked out great in their cozy home.

This is a Beautiful home that has everything it boasts. It’s a lot bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside! Everything was clean and met our expectations. We brought a crew for a company conference and it hosted us all just fine. The theater room was a big hit with everyone! We would definitely stay here again!

We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

Kim’s place is the perfect place to feel at home when I’m in town for work. I always appreciate how welcoming and friendly she is!

Tons of wonderful amenities that were super generous, including a lot of food, and ways to make it! I would recommend bringing your own coffee or planning to check out a local coffee shop if you don’t like flavored or decaf coffee. El was super encouraging of us to use the driveway to park, which was really helpful as it narrows quite a bit once it runs alongside the home. Once the neighbor’s dog was inside for the night, it was really quite peaceful, and I loved the dark bedroom for sleeping. Really, such a great find for slightly larger groups (I could imagine it would be perfect for a girls weekend trip), but also felt cozy for just my mom and me, too. Really do highly recommend!!
