Secluded yet only 10 mins from the fun town of Oregon. 100 acres of private property, bordering Lowden-Miller State Forest. Includes use of canoes/kayaks, large riverfront yard, grills, hammocks, deck, porch and firewood. $33/night per person or pet after first 2 people. Centrally Located. This fun and colorful lower apartment for your stay near downtown Rockford. 1000 sq feet. This is my second BnB in this vintage 4 unit apartment building I have owned since 1987. New queen beds in both bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. Absolutely no parties. I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no great soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request. Registered guests only.

Please note this unit is on the second floor - with an inside and outside staircase. This property has central heat and air.
