MARETA II - Waterfront

Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

This cozy and peaceful apartment is ideally located close to Dubrovnik airport, with free parking. It has a lovely home away from home feel and is great for a base when visiting Dubrovnik (30 min), Cavtat (5 min), or Pasjača beach (10 min) by car. Perfect for an early morning flight. It is in an original old Dalmatian stone house, with a huge courtyard, where you can relax. Guests are welcome to explore our vineyard and olive grove and enjoy the picturesque Mediterranean views and scents.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!

You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped. Micika Apartments are located 2 km from Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. -Free private parking is available, reservation is not required. For the following season we wented to make this apartment more exciting for our future guests. Some exciting renovations were done and we are still waiting for to new professional photos to be done.

The studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house and features its own kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait. Guests also have access to the terraces in front of the house, which are arranged on three levels. These terraces offer dining and coffee tables, as well as an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air.

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Apartment is located 220m (5 minutes walk) to the beach. It is placed on the hill side which brings you to the panoramic view of Boka Bay, from the balcony. Neighbourhood is quite with a lot of nature surrounding the area. Apartment is on the top of the house (second floor) that is separated from the rest of the house with own entrance and a lot of privacy.

It's a perfect match for couples or friends. No parking (guests will need to find parking in paid parking zones on the street)
