The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. This individual Annexe is situated near the wonderful market town of Coleford in the heart of the Forest of Dean, which has all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable and is an ideal base to explore the area. There are many places to visit, such as, Puzzlewood, (walking distance), Clearwell caves, Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley. There is a footpath that leads directly from the property into the forest so you can enjoy walking and biking. There’s also two 18 hole golf courses nearby.

Our beautiful beamed attached cottage complete with log burner is set in over 3 acres of private ancient woodland, in the Forest of Dean near the River Wye. The garden path leads down to a secluded orchard which is a haven for birds, deer & wildlife. The cottage is located in a quiet country lane, with walks to our local pub, The Ostrich Inn and the local town. We are close to all amenities, cycle trails, river activities and the best of what the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley has to offer.

Woodland View

This stylish space is located half way up Symonds Yat Rock. For those who love walking park your car up and don’t get in it again until it’s time to leave. Turn left out of the gates and you are on the footpath down to “The Chalet” which has been used for filming on the Netflix series Sex Education. Carry on down the footpath and you are straight onto the Peregrine walk or cross the river and access the Wye Valley walk. Enjoy excellent food at the Saracens Head sat overlooking the river Wye.

A spacious one bedroom private annex room, en-suite shower and beautiful private patio area. Enjoy a relaxing drink by the pond & firepit after a day out. Walking distance to Monmouth town centre, with all local amenities, and the Royal Oak pub a 5 minute walk away. King size bed, in addition option to sleep up to 2 additional people on sofa bed & fold out bed. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, private entrance to front of property, parking to side. This beautiful cottage was formerly a working Forge for the local estate. It was lovingly restored in 2021 retaining many original features including a log burner, stripped wooden floors and original oak beams. It is located in the small hamlet of Hom Green, 2 miles from Ross-On-Wye which is in the heart of the picturesque Wye Valley. The 136 mile Wye Valley walk passes within a mile of the property which is ideal for you and your dog to explore the hills, limestone gorges and viewpoints.

Little Hawthorns Cottage

Little hawthorns is situated on a small holding set within its own secluded area (with secure private parking). It has a private and secure garden with orchard providing peace and tranquility. It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. Utility area with washing machine and fast fibre internet. Welcome hamper is provided on arrival for guests that are staying 3 or more nights.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.
