This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our air bnb stay! Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and made settling in easy. The cottage was well appointed and located in a nice quiet area. The MCG and surrounding restaurants were within easy walking distance with the tram network close by for shopping in the city.

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Lovely apartment in central Melbourne with impressive views. Exactly as described. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The nearest tram stop is about 50m from the front door. Selina is responsive and friendly. Would happily stay here again the next time we are in Melbourne.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the appliances to the little touches that made us feel right at home. This is a perfect example of how a business should be run on Airbnb. The location is also fantastic — close to parks, great restaurants, and a large supermarket just across the street. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick getaway out of the city for someone looking for a bit of nature. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony to add to the sense of wonder. Close to Yarra Valley winery region and other attractions.

It was a great stay, Tikali is a very responsible host and was kindly enough to allow us store our luggage during our trip to another city, really appreciate. She greeted us on the first and was always keeping in touch and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend her accommodation!

Nice little apartment in a good neighborhood in CBD. Communication was fine, as well as the apartment itself. Super clean, and everything whats necessary was there. We'd definitely book it again. Only drawback: Sometimes there was a disgusting smell (probably from the drain).

Hal and Shirley's unit is exactly as described, cute and cozy and well set up for a short or longer term stay. Easy to find in an absolutely gorgeous location with easy access to everywhere you could want to go either by foot, public transport or car. Highly recommend this unit and hosts, we would 100% stay again. Thank you Hal & Shirley

Donna was a lovely host. She was always making sure everythg was going well. The place itself was lovely - comfy bed, linen clean n crisp(no creased sheets). Would highly recommend this place. Thank you Donna for allowing me to stay and I hope to say again when I am down in Melbourne 😊again

Joe’s place was perfect for us and our 4 small children. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and shops and restaurants are so close by. We walked to the train every day and when we got home we could watch Netflix and relax. Every morning we’d wake up and walk only 5 minutes to get coffee at local places. This place offers comfort and convenience and Joe was really friendly and ready to help. Five stars and we will definitely come back!☺️

Matt was extremely welcoming and gave clear instructions of how to check-in and check-out. The venue is absolutely stunning especially at night when all the lights come on; it makes the grafitti look BEAUTIFUL and it’s great for photos! Would definitely recommend this place if you want to throw a party with friends and family without worrying about noise restrictions. Hope to see Matt again sometime in the future!

Excellent location, pleasant and comfortable..

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I loved staying here in this piece of paradise in Northcote there's so much to see and do. I really like the arty vibe. Thank you Sue 😊
