Stayed here for the weekend with my sisters and we loved it! Perfect location and clear instructions. The house is spacious and it’s nice that it’s a separate private area. Loved the pool and hot tub as well!

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

A historic home in a beautiful, quiet Pasadena neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. Easy breezy checking in and checking out. Lots to do in the area. A perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Randy's place! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — from beach towels and sunscreen to a cozy gas fireplace, which was perfect since it was pretty chilly in LA during our visit. The shared outdoor area was a great bonus; we used the barbecue and often relaxed there as a family, soaking up the sun. The location is ideal — within walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and having our own private parking made everything even more convenient. I’d go back to Randy’s place any day!

Wonderful stay! Place was so clean and as described. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and slept so well and just felt at home. The outside space is also beautiful with a beautiful pool. While it was too cold for me to swim I relaxed outside and read my book and enjoyed the space. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful bungalow with amazing views! You will feel like you're tucked away on a wooded hillside even though you're only 5 minutes away from Ventura Blvd. This was our first trip to LA and we found the location perfect for all the things we wanted to do. Alina is a thoughtful host and we felt very comfortable during our stay-- would book again!

Jayes and his family are the best hosts. They have become an extended family being at their place every couple of months for the past two years when visiting my children in Simi Valley is a blessing and joy. Thank you for everything 🌸🤍

It was such a relief to find Ed’s amazing spot last minute after having to leave an unsuitable air bnb I had booked much earlier. Ed was super responsive and friendly, let me use the laundry, and even accommodated an extra night stay. The place itself is actually very big, lots of fun tv, and is in an amazing neighbourhood. I will totes be back and highly recommend :)

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short drive to Santa Monica, close to everything in Los Angeles, and even convenient for a day trip to Catalina Island. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to explore the city or unwind, this place is a great choice. Mohamady was also extremely responsive and helpful!! He also lets you park in the driveway which is fantastic!! We’ve stayed a few times at Bertha’s. It’s always the place we look for when traveling to the Burbank/Los Angeles area. The price is great and it’s a major plus that she is pet friendly. We always bring our dog with us when traveling so it’s a must. I would highly recommend Bertha’s place to anyone and we look forward to staying again. Thanks Bertha!

The stay was awesome! It honestly looked just like the photos. Not one time did I think that the views or house was underwhelming or not portrayed well in the photos.

호텔에서만 지내기 보다는 미국 주택에서 여행을 마무리하고 싶어서 이용했는데 탁월한 선택이었던 것 같아요. 우선 동네가 너무 조용하고 아름다워서 안전하더라고요. 그래서 치안 걱정할 필요가 없었고 도보 10분 거리에 버스 정류장이 있어 더그로브 몰이나 근처 스팟들을 이동하는데 편했습니다. 집 내부도 사진과 동일해서 흠 잡을데 없이 편안하게 지내다 왔어요!!
