Location Very close to sequoia national park entrance (5 mins/3 miles). Note that this also means there aren’t any restaurants/ grocery stores nearby. Cellular reception is poor if not absent. The house has good WiFi though. Make sure to download offline maps before your trip if you need GPS. Also, no gas stations nearby so might also wanna fuel up beforehand if driving a gas car. The Place Very well decorated. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils. First floor had all the living spaces and a full bath. Second floor had a long bedroom which was kinda split into two parts each with a bed. Bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Overall, the space was super clean. Kid-friendly amenities include a high chair, pack-n-play with mattress topper and changing sheet. The hosts are local to three rivers and I even got to say hi the Alena. The pool was a nice amenity although wasn’t heated so maybe not for the cooler days. Overall, private and cosy.

Jared's property was just outside Sequoia National Park which made for quick access for our daily outings. Property was excellent for our group of 8 adults as we cooked out on the covered porch area and were very close to restaurants in Three Rivers. House was very clean and comfortable. Meine Frau und ich haben 5 Nächte in der Hillstop Oasis übernachtet um während unserer Kalifornien Rundreise etwas zu entspannen und die nahegelegenen Nationalparks zu entdecken. Dafür ist diese Unterkunft perfekt! Sami ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sein Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen (Klimatisierte Räume, moderne Waschmaschine + Trockner, tolle Küche, große TVs, Spielkeller und riesen Wohnzimmer) und würde natürlich auch Platz für noch mehr als zwei Gäste bieten, aber wir liebten die Ruhe zu zweit. Die Aussicht und hochwertige Ausstattung erlauben es ohne Weiteres den ganzen Tag vor Ort zu entspannen, wenn man es gerne möchte. Dringend zu empfehlen!

The tree house is very cozy and great for a few days to relax. We even had one day of very bad weather, but were able to make ourselves very comfortable there with the fireplace and cook without any problems thanks to the very well-equipped kitchen. It is very clean, very comfortable beds and you have complete privacy. A deer even visited us several times. Communication was very uncomplicated and friendly. We would come back at any time!

Wonderful home to stay at - we loved the decor (specifically the plants!). Was <15 minutes away from a bunch of food options and a good spot for us to explore the Sierra Foothills / Sequoia National Park.

Definitiv das beste Airbnb, das wir gebucht haben! Ein Ort, um die Ruhe zu genießen, die Landschaft zu bestaunen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Nach einer langen Wanderung der perfekte Ort sich wieder zu erholen. Das Guestbook, war mit sehr vielen Detsils und hilfreichen Tipps gestaltet, was die Orientierung bezüglich Essen und Aktivitäten sehr erleichterte. da

Great lil stay! Jerrod was super friendly and helped us find the gate (my bad ! I parked on the Dickran drive but the RV and super private entrance are actually on the one perpendicular to it.. around the corner to the one that the GPS takes you to. I should have written the name here for you guys. There is a great big off street parking space for the RV’s guests as mentioned on the post). Thanks a million for hosting us. Loved the property so private and secluded from neighbors, host had games available , propane in all needed host was very available and answered all my questions would book again!

We always look for clean airbnbs when traveling because our kids are always on the floor so it was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for! The backyard was also a plus and if it hadn’t been so gloomy and rainy we would have used it much more!
