Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Entspannen sie nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in unserem feinen Wellnessbereich mit Ruhezone, Sauna, Erlebnisdusche und Infrarot-Schwebeliegen. Eine sichere Garage für Fahrräder mit Lade- und Reparaturmöglichkeit steht ebenso zur Verfügung. Die Schiausrüstung kann im Schiraum mit beheizten Schuhtrockner gelagert werden. Im Sommer besteht im Garten eine Grillmöglichkeit.

Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.
