The Elms is your family retreat where your children can swim, bounce and play while you relax in the extensive gardens. We are located in a pretty Somerset village where birdsong, church bells and the occasional steam train dominate the soundscape. 2 comfortable bedrooms are waiting for you and there’s a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and central heating to keep you snug and warm even in the depths of winter. There’s a 7kW EV charger, shops within a mile and a beach within 2 miles.

Approximately 10 mins from M5 junction 23 a perfect stop to spend a night or more exploring nearby surroundings, or attending a wedding nearby, or to break up a long journey. Quantock Hills are a 10min drive. Bridgwater train station 20 to 30 mins walk. Walking distance to the town centre, supermarkets and public transport. Adults only. Single or couple, no children, No pets , ( Service animals allowed).

The Snug at Mill Barn - rural retreat

Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. An ideal location for the West Somerset Coast, Quantock Hills and Exmoor. Walking distance of the West Somerset Steam railway. The village of Williton is within an easy stroll, plant of pubs, coffee shops, fish & chips and pubs. A fantastic footpath network runs from the farm. Interact with out horses and ponies or book a riding lesson if you wish.

Visit medieval Dunster & castle by car or steam train. Recently refurbished with a modern rustic feel and wood burner. Please state number of guests when booking.
