All time greatest Air Bnb hosts Ive ever encountered. From pre checkin communication and accomdations (was able to send a couple amazon packages in advance of arrival) to day one check in and welcome and the offer to help with anything we needed to best enjoy our stay, Kent and Cindy made this a dream trip for our workgroup staying at the Chateau and if you play your cards right you may even get a chance to try one of Kent's world famous old fashions. 10/10

Max and Cindy were amazing hosts. Information was fullsome, place was super clean and had everything (and more) that you need.
Beds comfy, bathrooms well appointed. The deck is a real treat to have morning or aft coffee.

Located in convenient area close to restaurants, grocery, shopping.
If there's a higher grade than superhost, they are it.

Definitely go back again.

We had a party of three couples traveling from Georgia to Nashville for a quick getaway. Our experience was excellent except for the weather. The hurricane Helene sent plenty of rain and created Uber needs daily, but that was the only negative. Nice house and nice people!

This place was perfect for our group of three couples visiting for our first weekend exploring Nashville! Excellent layout (with three bedrooms with attached bathrooms), amenities, and location, but our favorite part was the decor and all the small touches (including the hosts going above and beyond providing us a cooler on short notice). This place offers the perfect balance: quiet and spacious with a very short 10 min. Uber ride to the heart of Nashville. All the stars; highly recommend staying here!!
