Kendall and her group were great guests and we would gladly host her again!

Jonathan had a few concerns about the home but when we asked questions for more information (so we could assist in any way we could) we would not get a response until late in the evening. He stated our fire alarms were off the wall, our cleaners verified that only one working alarm was off the wall, just needed to be put back up. On the last day (late in the evening) he stated the bathroom door lock sticks (the knob just needs to be turned a little further) and the queen bed was held together by zip ties (this is ONLY for added protection). He believed we were being passive about his concerns but as owners of multiple properties we take every concern very seriously while trying to stay positive as we work through them. We would’ve loved to have been able to assist him quickly but were unable to without effective communication.

Jonathan was a great guest. We enjoyed hosting them, communication was great and they left the place in great shape!
