The place was amazing because it’s right in the center of town. The towels and the bed sheets had an off smell of stains but that could’ve been from not using it often. The house is a good place nice living space. The bunk beds were a tad bit uncomfortable but for the most part way way better than a hotel!

My friends and I really enjoyed the house. It was very spacious and beautifully renovated while capturing the original brick charm of the building. It was also very close to all the Louisville attractions. The shuffleboard table was also a highlight when unwinding from the day. I recommend this listing.

Excellent stay. Well appointed, easy parking, lovely wood in the back with 2 decks (roof and back).

Great stay, the weather was perfect to sit on the roof both afternoons. Very clean and comfortable.
